"Overall good experience. I lived there for two years and I loved the location of Identity. Everything in dinkytown is in a short walking distance. I liked the amenities like the gym and the sauna. Sometimes the apartment building wasn’t the cleanest but they have staff that are usually onsite everyday to clean but there is room for improvement. When I was a resident there it was often to have an elevator out of service which made leaving the building sometimes long and difficult and the repairs would drag on for months. When it came to apartment specific fixes they were responsive, understanding, and willing to fix/change what you’re requesting in the maintenance request. "

"nice & modern student housing but at least 1 elevator was not working my entire year-long lease there. 4 elevators but realistically only 3 working ones available & it was extremely inconvenient during the school year trying to get to class but you have to wait 10 min just for the elevator to stop at every other floor. the leasing office was worked by a bunch of white girls & it wasn't always an inviting space. other than that, amenities were nice & apartment-specific maintenance guys were reliable. "
